Role Overview
The Digital Channel Associate is responsible for supporting the design and optimization of user experiences and interfaces across our digital platforms, including eCommerce, brochureware, loyalty, CRM, and related online touchpoints. This role contributes to enhancing consumer engagement, improving usability, and driving conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction through intuitive and visually compelling design/campaign solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement omnichannel digital strategies, ensuring consistency across all platforms and alignment with loyalty programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UX/UI, coordinating with cross-functional teams, Category, Campaign, Legal, and external agencies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize KPIs and the user journey through performance tracking and competitive UX/UI analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and manage delivery through Workfront and agency partners.
- Coordinate the development, integration, testing, and deployment of digital functionalities and content (AEM), ensuring functional and business requirements are met.
- Lead and support campaign activation across digital channels, ensuring compliance with brand, channel, and legal requirements.
- Monitor channel performance, data quality, and governance, and provide actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Manage agency relationships (HoP, WPP), overseeing performance, priorities, and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience; experience in content or digital marketing is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with content management platforms and digital campaign workflows (AEM, Workfront, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and digital campaign execution.
