Digital Content Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will:

• Own Seedtag's LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube end-to-end: planning, copy and publishing.
• Use performance reports to spot what works and propose new approaches to improve results.
• Write copy for brand posts, blog promotion and our employee advocacy program.
• Produce our podcast AdTech Heroes, from episode planning to publishing.
• Write and support scripts for our video series.
• Capture photo and video content and cover industry conferences and Seedtag events on site.
• Support global campaigns with social content, asset coordination and consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate content programs such as Seedtag Academy, from scripts and approvals to recording and distribution.
• Brief and review work with the design team.
• Spot cultural moments and trends and turn them into content.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content marketing or social media, ideally in B2B, tech or adtech.
• Native or near-native English and fluent Spanish.
• Strong copywriting skills, with an eye for content that stops the scroll.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Comfortable reading social media metrics and turning them into content decisions.
• Experience with video scripting, photo and video capture, and on-site event coverage.
• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Comfort working with many stakeholders and managing several projects at once.
• Based in Madrid, working hybrid, with occasional travel for events.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sprinklr and Figma.
• Podcast production experience.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut).
• Spanish, Portuguese or another European language.
