- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to improve engineering efficiency, increase design reuse, and reduce rework.
- Participate in defining solution architectures, governance models, support structures, and capability roadmaps for engineering digitalization initiatives.
- Contribute to pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and global deployment activities that demonstrate business value and support long-term capability growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing expertise in engineering processes, digital design tools, product structures, configuration management, and lifecycle management.
- Support training, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with engineering applications such as CAD, PLM, Electronic Design, BIM, simulation, or related digital engineering platforms.
- Good understanding of product development processes, engineering data management, configuration management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with engineering integrations and digital thread concepts connecting design, engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of PLM solutions such as Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management platforms is highly desirable.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or continuous improvement environments is considered an advantage.
