About the Position
We are seeking a Digital Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Odesa, focusing on creating visual designs for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop rich media and static assets for use in marketing campaigns
- Develop and translate concepts into effective visual designs for integrated marketing campaigns, mainly rich media creatives
- Plan, ideate, and execute projects in collaboration with a creative team
- Build upon/extend/evolve existing campaigns
- Contribute and/or lead idea-generating sessions
- Management of concept-to-creation in design projects
Requirements
- Portfolio that demonstrates a foundation of design principles, as well as creativity and versatility across digital channels
- 1+ year of experience in digital design either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency
- Expert skills in Figma/Sketch, Creative Suite
- Google Web Designer experience is a plus
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Good communication skills
- English level Intermediate or higher
- Good nature/sense of humour/positive attitude
