Responsibilities

• Management and development of digital booking and transport platforms
• Creation of dashboards, KPI cockpits, and customer reports
• Analysis of data and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Identification and support of digitalization and automation projects
• Coordination between Sales Back Office, Customer Support, departments, and IT
• Introduction and integration of new digital solutions
• Establishment and maintenance of a central database for tender management
• Maintenance of customer and supplier platforms
• Development of a knowledge database and onboarding guide
• Optimization and standardization of internal processes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of processes, data, and digital contexts
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, AI, or automation is advantageous
• Experience in forwarding or logistics is desirable but not required
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration
• Interest in new technologies and digital solutions
