Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Managing and optimizing paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports and insights.
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
- Supporting social media content, promotions, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with experience in paid ads and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City.
