About the Position
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team in optimizing digital marketing performance and increasing ROAS. Based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Search and testing of new traffic sources
- Work with the team to create comprehensive strategies to improve digital marketing performance
- Manage, track, and report on all active digital marketing campaigns
- Continuous optimization of advertising accounts
- Recommendations for new content creation
- Recommendations for conversion rate optimization
- Measurement and performance reporting
- Research and analysis of competitor sites
- Following set KPIs: Increase ROAS, decrease CPA, etc.
- Report to the CMO on a regular basis
- Performance of other tasks related to the aforementioned duties
