Responsibilities
E-Mail Marketing and Lead Management
- You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of target group-specific marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management campaigns for new and existing customer retention.
- You develop new segmentation and communication strategies for individual customer contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- You revise and develop our email marketing and lead management strategy.
Other (Online) Marketing Activities
- You support your colleagues in implementing our marketing strategy (e.g., maintenance and optimization of the WordPress-based website, partnerships with partners, and media planning).
- You have experience in online media design – both in design and editorial environments – and contribute proactively and profitably.
- You take care of the technical expansion & further development of the company website in close cooperation with colleagues and external service providers.
- You conduct quality assurance and continuous monitoring and derive suitable optimization measures.
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on marketing, media, or a comparable degree.
- Several years of professional experience in online marketing with a focus on email marketing and lead management – preferably in the B2B and ITK environment.
- Ideally, several years of experience in graphic design, ideally in web design, and in the field of brand strategy (advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills).
- Ideally, you also have knowledge in the areas of SEO, SEA, and in the use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- You are an absolute team player for whom "we together" comes before "I alone".
- You have a positive attitude towards work, high performance motivation, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You have very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
- You have a strong result orientation with a solution-oriented and proactive approach (hands-on mentality).
- You have an independent and structured way of working as well as creativity with a good eye for aesthetics and a feel for the latest trends.
- Cross-media thinking and a holistic marketing and sales understanding are important to you.
