Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the Position

Seize this opportunity to soar to new heights with FL Technics! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a key player, you will lead and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement a digital marketing strategy and plan to increase brand awareness and attract new customers both in the supply location and in foreign markets;
• Integrate the digital commerce strategy into the company's overall operations to fulfill the company's strategic goals;
• Manage SEO web development projects with third parties (agencies);
• Write inspiring aviation stories: articles, posts in English (B2, C levels) and Lithuanian;
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the target audience on LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels. Analyze the results of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for their optimization;
• Monitor market trends and actions of competitors, provide insights and suggestions for strategy improvement;
• Coordinate the work of third parties (agencies) and be responsible for the results of their work;
• Ensure quality lead collection in accordance with GDPR requirements;
• Understand and optimize marketing tools to improve the customer experience;
• Use analysis tools, prepare digital marketing reports and presentations;
• Collaborate with marketing team members, sales, and service departments to achieve maximum results.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various business leaders to leverage their insights and expertise in shaping marketing strategies;
• A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience is preferred;
• Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
• Work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with foreign markets;
• Experience working with creative media planning, digital marketing agencies;
• Experience in managing large projects and budgets;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• Strong operational planning, organization, and management, communication skills.
