Front Desk Helpers is a woman-founded outsourcing company based in New Jersey, USA, established in 2015. Our areas of expertise are talent solutions for healthcare, IT, telecommunications, transportation, architecture, HR management, and other fields. Our company is being operated and doing business with our clients based on the principles of transparency, mutual respect, and open communication.

At the moment, we are looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join the New York home health agency. The role focuses on digital marketing performance, competitor analysis, and collaborating with third-party specialists for Google Ads and SEO. This role ensures data-driven strategies and campaign optimizations.

You will enjoy the position if you know how to work with people, listen to their needs, coordinate their actions, and have decision-making and planning skills. We have a solid supportive team and a supervisor who has a reputation as a demanding, yet executive person.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Track and analyze Google Ads performance, working with third-party specialists to refine campaigns. Research keywords.
  • Monitor SEO efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and suggesting adjustments when needed.
  • Optimize and promote YouTube content (metadata, tags, paid ads, etc).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
  • Track digital marketing performance and generate digital monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Your own computer and access to the internet.
  • Spoken and written English language proficiency (Spanish and Russian languages will be an advantage).
  • Computer skills (Gmail, Excel, CRM, working with files in different formats).
  • Experience with analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Competitor and market research skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication for coordinating with third-party partners.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High level of stress resistance.

Work Schedule
