We help our clients maximize the effectiveness of their media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Developing media planning strategies for clients based on their advertising goals and budgets.
• Selecting the most effective media channels and ad formats to achieve optimal results.
• Supporting the development of re-plans and revised media plans when needed.
• Analyzing and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Planning advertising campaigns using various analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports for clients and internal teams.
• Keeping up with industry trends and implementing innovative approaches in advertising.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Meta platforms.
• Strong knowledge of various media channels and their specifics.
• Ability to work with different analytics and reporting tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
• A strong analytical mindset or technical background.
• Well-developed logical thinking.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Systematic approach to work, responsibility, and attention to detail are critical for this role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills.

• Flexible working hours: Monday–Friday, with a start time between 9:00–11:00 and end time between 18:00–20:00.
• Location: remote or hybrid work format. A fully equipped office in Kyiv with backup power and stable internet access (Palats Sportu metro area, Shota Rustaveli St., 11).
