Digital Project Manager

About the Position

It works!" and are looking for a Digital Project Manager with experience in IT environments, high strategic vision, and executive capacity. Join our team and help us manage the entire lifecycle of projects, controlling them from start to finish and ensuring their success and the long-term relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of communication with the customer.
• Receive, manage, evaluate, budget, and assign to the team the work requests received from the client.
• Manage the developer teams, both operationally and organizationally (vacation management, job vacancies, productivity control, task prioritization, etc), and evaluate their hardware, software, and training needs.
• Analyze all the processes that make up the production and commercialization of software projects.
• Verify the integrity of the information generated by the assigned project and perform the implementation and testing of the system.
• Ensure that all development and procedures are properly documented.
• Use agile methodologies and guide the development sprints.
• Establish metrics and evaluate the results to improve them.

Requirements

• Doing things with care. You like to do them and you are one of those people who leaves your stamp on everything you do with a good level of detail and perfectionism. You care about your work.
• Communication with clients. Ability to present and explain fluently, as well as have good negotiation skills.
• More than 5 years experience managing medium to large IT projects.
• Ability to interpret analytics, handle qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Competencies to lead teams, solve problems, make decisions, and do good time management.
• Knowledge and experience in managing web development teams.
• Knowledge and experience in management software such as JIRA, Confluence, Clickup...

Nice to Have

• Experience working on E-commerce projects.
• Knowledge in Scrum or Agile.
• Experience in projects with management with Infrastructure teams (Azure Service Bus, Redis, Rabbit, etc...).
• Technical knowledge: Studies in Higher or Technical Engineering in Computer Science, Degree in Multimedia Engineering, or Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Spoken English (C1 level).

Onboarding

• IN 1 MONTH: You will begin to soak up the NITSNETS culture and its processes. You will get to know the whole team and the projects we are working on. You will be assigned a team leader who will be your Jedi for onboarding. As we are more about doing than talking, you will start making your first contributions and little by little you will be immersed in the projects.
• IN 3 MONTHS: You will have a complete picture of the whole project and its aspects. You may have been involved in a wide variety of tasks. You will begin to provide solutions in line with the quality of the project. You will continue to be mentored by the team and you will take on more and more responsibility.
• IN 6 MONTHS: You will be fully integrated into NITSNETS and nothing will be a secret to you anymore. You will be providing solutions on a large scale being able to contribute with your talent.
