Digital Project Manager in Copenhagen

About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Copenhagen team and lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and enterprise technology projects from initiation to implementation
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, governance, and measurable outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across business and IT
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and create structure and momentum in complex environments
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decision-making
• Facilitate workshops and steering groups while supporting communication, change, and adoption
• Use AI-supported tools to improve planning, reporting, analysis, and project delivery
• Contribute to customer roadmaps and identify opportunities for continued business value

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology, or platform-related projects
• Understanding of how business processes, technology, and organizational change come together in successful transformations
• Confidence working with stakeholders at different organizational levels across business and IT
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to planning, governance, and delivery
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate effective decision-making
• Comfort working with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and how emerging technologies can create measurable business value
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and fluency in Danish and English

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow or IT operating-model transformation
• Consulting and organizational change management experience
