About the Position
Digital Project Manager (New Headcount)
Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HK$40,000 to HK$45,000 HKD

Role Overview
Due to business growth, the team is expanding and open to candidates with different strengths:
- Digital Project Manager - for candidates with solid project delivery experience
- Senior Project Executive - for more junior candidates with strong potential
- BD Manager - for more sales-driven profiles with client acquisition strengths
This role offers flexibility to shape responsibilities based on your experience and career focus.
Responsibilities
For Project-Focused Candidates (PM / Senior Executive):
- Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile app and web development projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, QA) and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and project planning
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
For Sales-Driven Candidates (BD Manager):
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with delivery teams to propose suitable digital solutions
- Drive pipeline growth and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in digital agency / tech / consulting environment
- Experience or exposure to mobile app and web projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Profile Fit
- Senior Project Executive: 2-4 years, hands-on and eager to grow in project delivery
- Digital Project Manager: 4-8 years, experienced in managing end-to-end digital projects
- BD Manager: Sales-driven, strong client-facing skills, with digital solution exposure
