We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team and work on client digital projects for Netpeak: from SEO and PPC to other performance channels.

This role is an opportunity to manage complex projects and see how your decisions directly impact clients' business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage 7+ projects simultaneously.
• Lead teams, monitor processes, balance resources.
• Build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and increase LTV.
• Detect risks in time and find solutions.
• Prepare clear updates, reports, and present results.
• Occasionally support "warm" sales: consult clients on new services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing digital projects or related fields.
• Confident knowledge of principles and processes according to PM standards.
• Experience with Google Docs/Sheets.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and marketing data analysis.
• Experience in preparing key project artifacts: work plans, risk registers, communication plans, etc.
• Experience in coordinating complex projects (SEO, PPC, and other digital channels).

Nice to Have

• English language proficiency at B1+ level.

• Salary - rate + monthly bonus. This means, in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
• Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• Ability to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
