About the Position

Digital Project Manager

Management

The position consists mainly of leading the projects assigned by managing the clients, the team, the budget, and the deliverables. The types of projects are various (corporate web platforms, digital campaigns, interactive projects, and branding), hence we are looking for a versatile candidate with a great understanding of the web and related technologies, but above all, has great management skills.

Responsibilities

Working on building projects scope and related quotes.
Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities and resources.
Diagnose problems throughout the project.
Evaluate, manage, and document the changes requests.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Ensure that every project is led in conformity, including quality control.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and priorities.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as necessary.
Other related tasks.

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills, focusing on collaboration, motivation, and fostering a positive team culture.
Interest and good knowledge of the web and related technologies.
Abilities for time management, communication, negotiation, and creativity.
Attention to details and well-executed work.
Excellent client relationship skills.
Capacity to conduct many projects at the same time.
Rigorous, self-managed, resourceful, organized, and proactive.
A sense of urgency, self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical.

Nice to Have

Proven experience leading international, multi-year projects with budgets of €50,000–€100,000.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and organization (understanding how to build a project governance and framework from scratch).
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project is preferable).
Expertise in translating complex statements and requirements into specific sets of actions.
