Digital Resilience Officer - Permanent Position in Barcelona (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Digital Resilience Officer for a permanent position in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for cyber/IT risk, operational resilience, and IT service continuity.
• Conduct incident/crisis exercises, DR/BCP testing, and risk assessments with documented remediation follow-up.
• Utilize frameworks such as DORA, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/22301, and ITIL/ITSCM.
• Analyze and report on resilience metrics using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders in cross-functional, international settings.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in cyber/IT risk, operational resilience, IT service continuity, or a related governance function.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with DORA and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/22301, and ITIL/ITSCM; understanding of BCP/DR practices.
• Hands-on exposure to incident/crisis exercises, DR/BCP testing, or risk assessments with documented remediation follow-up.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel and at least one visualization or GRC/tooling environment (e.g., Power BI/Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira).
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international settings; fluency in English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
