Digital Service Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Digital Service Engineer to join Continental India Private Limited. The role is pivotal in managing the shopfloor IT interface, OT Infrastructure, and C&D technologies, ensuring adherence to global strategies and cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support on DS and C&D technologies to fulfill production plans and adhere to MTE@Tires standard processes.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Generic Technical Equipment Standards for all new installations and upgrades of equipment, including Manufacturing IT Systems.
• Responsible for the electrical acceptance of new machines and major upgrades.
• Ensure and maintain adherence to all shopfloor systems as per the cybersecurity policy.
• Drive machine connections and provide necessary data from machines to IT systems to leverage big data for continuous improvement and increased manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation and IT engineering in the production industry.
• Experience managing teams either in Maintenance or Projects.
• International team capability.
• Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication.
