**British American Tobacco****Taiwan has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solution Analyst IDT in Taipei, Taiwan.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects across a diverse technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Own the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scoping, important metric planning, risk mitigation, and partner reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, analytics.) and external partners to deliver scalable and high-quality digital solutions.
- Champion the integration of systems (CMS, e-commerce, CRM, analytics, messaging platforms) to support seamless customer journeys and personalization efforts.
- Continuously monitor digital trends, customer expectations, and technology innovations, with a strong focus on consumer behaviour in East Asian markets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standard methodologies related to data privacy, accessibility, and content localization.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and provide ongoing reporting on critical metrics, delivery status, blockers, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create well designed PowerPoint presentations to be shown to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Digital Business/Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Solutions, Digital Project Management, or similar roles, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or digital consulting environments.
- Experience in retailer marketing platforms and B2B project delivery including partner management, field force optimization, requirement gathering, and solution deployment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital products and solutions using platforms such as Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or other trade marketing platforms
- Solid grasp of the e-commerce landscape and user behavior within Taiwan, Japanese, Korean, or APAC markets, including trade marketing practices
- Experience in systems integration, especially in e-commerce and customer data platforms
- Business level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
- Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean language fluency also a plus
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
