Responsibilities

Create complex and high-quality digital automotive surfaces
Develop digital automotive surfaces from early concept to production Class-A level
Interpret 2D sketches and renderings into 3D surfaces
Collaborate closely with exterior and interior design staff
Work with engineering and packaging engineers to incorporate feasibility criteria

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in an OEM automotive design studio
A portfolio is mandatory
BS, BA, or MFA degree in design, engineering, or transportation-related fields
High proficiency in Alias, ICEM Surf, or equivalent surfacing programs
Proficiency in VRED, Keyshot, or equivalent rendering programs
Understanding of production automotive development and procedures
Passion for automotive design
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with quick turnaround
Excellent communication skills and proactive team player
