About the Position

Cloud Engineer & Team Coordinator - London - c£40K

A technically focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to hire a Cloud Engineer & Team Coordinator to manage their clients' cloud infrastructure and ensure a busy team of senior engineers operates smoothly.

You will be responsible for overseeing cloud systems, security, and firewall management across a diverse client base. You will work closely with support colleagues and external suppliers to ensure service quality is consistently delivered and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client cloud infrastructure, security, and network environments
• Act as the dedicated escalation point for firewall and network queries
• Script and automate cloud deployment and reporting, primarily in SharePoint
• Test and roll out updates to firewalls and routers
• Coordinate a team of senior engineers, ensuring they have the equipment and information needed to deliver

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor - FortiGate ideal
• Windows environment support and hardware troubleshooting experience
• O365 administration including conditional access and SharePoint setup
• MDM experience
• Comfortable working independently and delivering technical tasks on time
• Strong coordination skills across multi-person delivery teams
