About the Position
Test Engineer - SQL, PowerApps, Data - London
We are currently collaborating with an internationally renowned organization based in the heart of London. This organization is highly recognized for its global projects and has been in operation for over 100 years, bringing stability, opportunity, and continued growth.
This role is for an experienced Test Engineer who will take ownership of establishing the testing environment across three key areas: PowerApps, SharePoint, and Data. This is a unique opportunity to work within a forward-thinking organization that offers exposure to the latest technologies and exciting projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for PowerApps, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and platform workflows.
- Validate ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, Fabric datasets, and reporting outputs.
- Perform data validation and defect investigation using strong SQL skills.
- Collaborate with business analysts to organize and execute test scenarios.
- Articulate technical issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation.
- Experience with PowerApps, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and platform workflows.
- Experience validating ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, Fabric datasets, and reporting outputs.
- Ability to design test cases, structure test cycles, and work with business analysts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
