About the Position
Digital Transformation Director
Salary: Up to £120,000
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

The Role
As Digital Transformation Director, you will shape and lead the organisation's digital transformation agenda, working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.
Key areas of focus include:
- Translating strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions
- Leading major technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Ensuring digital investment delivers measurable operational and financial impact
- Embedding digital capability across the organisation
This is a strategic, outcomes-focused leadership role, not a hands-on technical position.
Responsibilities

- Experience operating at executive level in complex, multi-site organisations
- Proven success in driving measurable performance and efficiency improvements
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business decisions
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused leadership style
