About the Position
Digital Transformation Director
Salary: Up to £120,000

The Role
As Digital Transformation Director, you will shape and lead the organization's digital transformation agenda, working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.
Key Areas of Focus
- Translating strategic priorities into scalable digital solutions
- Leading major technology-enabled transformation programs
- Ensuring digital investment delivers measurable operational and financial impact
- Embedding digital capability across the organization
This is a strategic, outcomes-focused leadership role, not a hands-on technical position.
Responsibilities
- Improve profitability through automation, integration, and enhanced performance insights
- Develop new service offerings, supporting future programs and market opportunities
- Drive organizational transformation, enabling a more integrated and scalable operating model
- Support sustainable growth, building digital foundations that encourage innovation without adding complexity
Requirements
- A strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide digital or technology-enabled transformation
- Experience operating at executive level in complex, multi-site organizations
- Proven success in driving measurable performance and efficiency improvements
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business decisions
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused leadership style
