Our client is the global, dynamic and fast-growing IT solutions provider. For their team in Montenegro, we are seeking a business development oriented Sales Executive to drive innovation, lead high-impact projects, and expand our client’s services portfolio across Central and Southeast Europe. Based in Podgorica (Montenegro) this strategic leadership role is a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Business Unit
- Lead and inspire a team
- Drive end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay at the forefront of IT infrastructure, business applications trends and continuously innovate service offerings
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing business units within IT companies is desirable
- Strong leadership experience and extensive business development responsibility
- Full P&L oversight and backgrounds in the business applications segment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong business acumen with a track record of growing revenue and building strategic partnerships
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of English proficiency
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
