About the Position
Directeur de territoire F/H
Veolia Normandie is seeking a Director of Territory to manage a strategic area with a turnover of 27 M€ and transform the future of water for 118,000 subscribers!
Responsibilities
- Management of 114 passionate collaborators
- Supervision of 95 water and sanitation contracts
- Oversight of 38 drinking water production facilities
- Direction of 27 depollution plants
- 20% of the regional turnover under your responsibility
Key Areas of Action
- Business & Innovation: Boost customer satisfaction and lead groundbreaking ecological innovation projects
- Commercial Development: Conquer new markets among local authorities and industries, and become a trusted contact for our clients
- Financial Performance: Maximize profitability and optimize contractual performance
- Team Leadership: Develop talent and create an exceptional team dynamic by instilling a Lean and collaborative culture
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest QHSE standards
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree (Engineering/Management)
- 10+ years of experience in managing complex activities
- Expertise in the water/environment sector
- Natural leadership and strategic vision
- Relational excellence
