DIRECTEUR GENERAL - CVC

Responsibilities

Management and Supervision:

• Lead and motivate a team of 15 to 20 people, including business managers
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors
• Validate project schedules and interventions
• Ensure communication and coordination with the accounting department and secretariat

Commercial Development and Client Relations:

• Maintain a close client relationship: listening, availability, on-site meetings
• Prepare and validate quotes
• Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and banking partners
• Achieve sales targets

Operational Management:

• Monitor project analytics (profitability, progress, discrepancies)
• Participate in the preparation of monthly dashboards (reporting)
• Manage emergency situations with reactivity
• Prioritize tasks and distinguish the essential from the negligible

Requirements

Profile:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a business manager in the HVAC sector of large distribution and/or catering, with progression towards general management functions
• Strong technical background in HVAC and plumbing
• Proven negotiation skills (clients, suppliers, banks)
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
• Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize
• Autonomy and decision-making

Technical Skills Required:

• Air Conditioning (sizing and installation)
• Plumbing
• RIA (Fire Hydrants)
• Ventilation
• Mechanical Smoke Extraction
• Mastery of installation sizing
• Mastery of GMS (Large and Medium Surfaces) and catering concepts
