- Salary range: 70,000 € - 80,000 €

Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Manage and support a team of Paid Social Team Leads and Consultants.
- Define the organization of the vertical, staffing plans, and development priorities.
- Support the teams' skill development and structure career paths.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, recommendations, and activations.
- Monitor the profitability of the vertical and contribute to resource optimization.
- Actively participate in recruitment and talent development.
Strategy Client & Media Excellence
- Supervise the Paid Social strategies of our main clients.
- Support teams on complex issues of growth, acquisition, retention, and measurement.
- Build Full Funnel approaches integrating performance, branding, video, social commerce, and retail media issues.
- Ensure operational excellence on major platforms: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Develop synergies with other agency expertise.
Commercial Development
- Participate in tenders and strategic presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of the agency's portfolio through your Paid Social expertise.
- Represent Arcane at events, conferences, and external speaking engagements.
Innovation & Expertise
- Define the Paid Social vision and roadmap of the agency.
- Ensure permanent vigilance on platform and market evolutions.
- Develop the team's frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Participate in the evolution of the agency's proprietary solutions and the integration of new technologies (AI, automation, advanced measurement, MMM, incrementality, etc.).
- Build strong partnerships with platforms and their teams.
Data & Measurement
- Promote a data-driven approach and incrementality measurement.
- Support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization solutions with Data teams.
- Participate in the definition of measurement and attribution frameworks adapted to client needs.
- Develop uses related to first-party data, CRM, and advanced audiences.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (business school, university, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a media agency or digital consulting firm.
- Recognized expertise in Paid Social.
- Proven experience in team management and managing managers.
- Strong ability to define complex media strategies and present them to C-Level stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of data, attribution, measurement, and digital marketing issues.
- Significant experience in commercial development and tenders.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite and grow teams.
- Fluent English.
