About the Position

We are seeking a Director, APAC Supply Chain to lead regional supply chain performance and drive business growth across the APAC region. This role is the senior regional supply chain leader and primary interface between the Global Supply Chain organization and the APAC business. Reporting to the VP, EMEA & APAC Regional Supply Chain, the role is responsible for driving regional supply chain performance, strengthening S&OP and integrated business planning processes, and ensuring effective execution across a diverse and complex region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC supply chain performance across customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • Drive regional S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes, connecting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams.
  • Establish and lead a disciplined performance management cadence, identifying risks, root causes, mitigation plans, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate market requirements into actionable supply chain strategies, recovery plans, and business decisions.
  • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, including process standardization, system adoption, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence programs.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by strengthening governance, decision-making processes, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration across APAC.
  • Strengthen organizational capabilities by improving governance, operating models, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable ways of working across APAC.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing regional team, fostering accountability, customer focus, talent development, and continuous improvement.
  • Support business growth by building resilient supply chain capabilities and enabling sustainable long-term performance improvements across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience with regional or multi-country responsibility, preferably within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other complex regulated industries.
  • Broad end-to-end supply chain experience spanning planning, inventory management, customer operations, supply chain execution, and other cross-functional supply chain disciplines.
  • Proven track record of improving customer service, operational performance, inventory productivity, and business outcomes in complex matrix environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation, organizational effectiveness, capability-building, or operating model improvement initiatives across regional organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/SAP systems, planning solutions, analytics, and supply chain performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build strong business partnerships, and lead through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into operational execution and long-term capability development.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading multicultural teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across the APAC region.
