About the Role

ADP is seeking a Director of Communications who can blend communication strategy, writing prowess, and digital expertise. This role is for Impact Makers who will drive the vision and execution of external and internal communications for various audiences. If you love leading people and delivering great work, this is the role for you.


Responsibilities

  • Craft strategic communication plans including messaging, timing, channel, audience, and budget.
  • Write compelling copy in brand voice and adapt to different target audiences.
  • Audit communication journeys and deploy campaigns to maximize content delivery effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing functions, Digital Marketing & Communications, Corporate Marketing, PR, and Product Marketing.
  • Lead a team of experienced marketing and communications professionals.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, planning, time management, and executional skills.
  • Experience in partnering across various internal stakeholders to drive marketing activities.
  • Understanding of the human resources industry and external market/industry/regulatory issues.
  • Ability to reflect brand values and behaviors through communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bonus points for an MBA or Marketing/Communications degree.
  • Digital marketing experience is desirable.
