- Define secure remote-access and connectivity patterns for employees, contractors, and third parties, and own or govern VPN, zero-trust network access, and network authentication services.
- Partner with Information Security on segmentation, access control, logging, and infrastructure-security requirements.
- Ensure firewalls, infrastructure configurations, and administrative access are securely governed, and support security investigations, audits, and remediation.
Office and Data-Centre Site Infrastructure
- Own infrastructure standards for offices, admin buildings, and corporate spaces within data-centre locations.
- Provide technical oversight for office openings, moves, expansions, and fit-outs.
- Work with Data Centre Operations to define support boundaries for corporate, production, and operational technology networks.
- Ensure local infrastructure is resilient, secure, supportable, and aligned with global standards.
