Main Objective

Lead the strategic and creative vision for a key group of accounts at our agency. We are looking for a professional capable of ensuring that our campaigns exceed quality and innovation standards, generating a real impact on our clients' business objectives while guiding and empowering their team.

Responsibilities

Direct, inspire, and empower the assigned creative team (art directors, writers, and designers).
Conceptualize, lead, and present high-impact strategic creative proposals to key clients.
Ensure coherence and compliance with brand identity across all campaigns, formats, and platforms.
Work in synergy with account and planning areas to align creativity with market needs.
Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Foster a collaborative work ecosystem, driving constant innovation within the team.

Profile

Degree in Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
Solid experience of at least 8 years in creative areas within agencies, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams as a Creative Director.
Outstanding portfolio showcasing successful, comprehensive, and multi-platform campaigns.
High capacity for leadership, mentorship, and team management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ease in arguing and selling ideas to clients and executives.
Analytical vision to connect the creative product with business performance indicators (KPIs).
