About the Position
AAA Game Art Studio specializes in art outsourcing for companies worldwide. Our clients come from both the gaming development sector and advertising and publishing agencies. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies and plans;
- Supervise the daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Sales, Finance, PR, and other departments, etc.);
- Establish and control the implementation of KPIs in the work of structural units;
- Find clients, negotiate, close contracts;
- Set comprehensive goals (plans) for the company's performance and growth;
- Daily control of company operations;
- Meet and report to the CEO on the daily operation of the company, as well as on the CEO's plans for any adjustments or upcoming development of the business operations strategy or other company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- English (at least upper-intermediate level) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
- Experience in a similar position (+2 years);
- Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development;
- Ability to quickly diagnose problems and anticipate potential issues;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Responsibility, organization, punctuality, ability to work in a remote team.

- Experience in the outsourcing/video games/art/IT industry.
