Moore Belgium is building a new service for wealthy Belgian families with FamCap. As the Director FamCap, you will play a key role in developing this service, offering sustainable guidance based on financial analysis, legal-fiscal advice, and strategic choices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chair FamCap to build the service's content backbone.
• Develop a structure that complements the existing expert teams within Moore Belgium.
• Lead a core team, working closely with internal experts and partners.
• Work at the intersection of financial analysis, legal-fiscal matters, and financial strategy.
• Engage with and for entrepreneurial families, balancing expertise, intuition, and family goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in financial analysis, legal-fiscal issues, and reporting.
• Background: Technical-commercial background, preferably from a banking environment.
• Skills: Analytical and structured profile, entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality.
• Languages: Dutch-French bilingual, third language is a plus.
• Affinity: Experience or familial context with wealthy clients.
• Mindset: Comfortable with continuous improvement rather than achieving perfection at once.
