About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer with expertise in Golang, Google Cloud, Java, and Kafka to join our team. This role is available in multiple locations including Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable backend services
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud
- Develop high-performance applications using Golang and Java
- Integrate and manage Kafka for messaging and streaming
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Backend Engineer
- Proficiency in Golang, Google Cloud, Java, and Kafka
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team
