About the Position

Director of Product & Strategy, E-invoicing

Quadient is seeking a Director of Product & Strategy for E-invoicing to lead the strategic direction of our eInvoicing product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision for Quadient’s eInvoicing portfolio.
• Build and maintain a rolling multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned to country mandate timelines.
• Translate evolving regulatory frameworks into differentiated, scalable product capabilities.
• Lead competitive analysis across the eInvoicing landscape and position Quadient for leadership in mandate markets.
• Represent Quadient externally with strategic customers, partners, regulatory bodies, and industry forums.
• Lead and develop the eInvoicing Product Management and Product Marketing teams.
• Partner with R&D leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality roadmap outcomes against fixed regulatory deadlines.
• Drive modernization toward a cloud-native, API-first eInvoicing platform with strong AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive ARR growth, NRR, and cloud adoption across the eInvoicing portfolio.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Direct experience leading eInvoicing, e-Reporting, tax compliance, or related Financial Automation products.
• Deep working knowledge of Peppol, EU ViDA, country-specific CTC models, and structured invoice formats such as UBL, Factur-X, or XRechnung.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, compliance-driven platform products on fixed regulatory timelines.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, validation/transformation engines, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; working French and/or another European language is a strong advantage.
• Experience working across France and the broader EU, with comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization.
