Director of Product Management, Growth at Wealthfront

Wealthfront, a pioneer in automated investing, is seeking a Director of Product Management, Growth to lead our product-led growth strategies. Based in Palo Alto, CA, with options to work in San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, or Seattle, WA, this role is full-time and hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product-led growth roadmap to improve business outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science, user research, and marketing to define the product roadmap.
• Solicit feedback from, and create alignment with, executives.
• Partner with marketing on client acquisition and product adoption strategies across all channels, including referrals, organic, paid, and lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including in a product-led growth role.
• Strong strategic thinking informed by deeply understanding the business and client needs/motivations.
• Executional, action-oriented mindset with an eagle eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at driving alignment around trade-off decisions based on quickly changing product and company priorities.
• Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem solving.

We Offer

• Estimated annual salary: $238,000 - $270,000 USD, plus generous equity and a discretionary bonus.
