About the Position
Director of Product&Regulars
We are seeking a Director of Product&Regulars to lead our aviation strategy and development in Ukraine, Moldova, and international markets. Responsibilities
- Strategy and Development: Develop and implement strategies for regular flights, new products, and ancillary revenue.
- Revenue Management & Commercial Efficiency: Build and transform revenue management systems, implement tools for revenue performance, and manage P&L for regular flights.
- Sales and Distribution: Formulate sales strategies for all markets, manage multi-channel distribution, and enhance sales channel efficiency and flight profitability.
- Product & Marketing: Coordinate product marketing, manage B2B/B2C marketing in Ukraine, Moldova, and international markets, and support business units.
- Partnerships and Airports: Develop and implement airport cooperation strategies, seek cost reduction opportunities, and attract marketing support and incentive programs.
- Cargo Development: Formulate cargo strategy within the regular program and integrate cargo transportation into the overall commercial model.
- Finance and Performance Management: Monitor financial indicators and budgeting, ensure financial stability across markets, and control investment and commercial initiative effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Management: Form and develop teams (sales, revenue, marketing, product), build an effective organizational structure, and manage the agency network and passenger support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the aviation industry, 5+ years in a commercial role.
- Strategy development and implementation (GTM, market development, P&L).
- Revenue management and profitability (pricing, forecasting, RASK/CASK).
- Sales management and multi-channel distribution.
- Strategic marketing (B2B/B2C, product, loyalty programs).
- Strategic thinking and systemic approach.
- Commercial mindset and results orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team development.
