Salary: 13,000 RON/month
About the Job
Rozoti Prodcom, a company in the transport sector, is seeking a DIRECTOR OPERATIONAL to lead our operational and financial activities in Oradea, Romania. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient coordination of operational and financial activities, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and implementing managerial strategies to achieve profitability and development goals.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, sales, and support activities, ensuring adherence to the company's strategy.
- Develop and implement procedures, policies, and standards to enhance internal processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators for departments at a macro level (cost/km, fleet utilization, operational EBITDA, delivery time).
- Coordinate subordinate management teams to ensure objectives are met.
- Participate in defining the company's overall strategy and ensure its implementation at the operational level.
Financial Responsibilities
- Oversee financial and accounting activities.
- Analyze economic performance from financial reports, cash flow, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
- Evaluate costs and propose economic optimization measures (fleet investments, modernizations, negotiations, cost optimizations).
- Control and approve departmental budgets.
- Develop financial scenarios for investments, developments, and expansions, including risk analysis and operational impact.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics or technical fields (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role (operational + financial).
- Experience in medium to large companies, preferably in logistics, transportation, or distribution.
- Experience in operational financial analysis and interpretation of economic documents (budgets, P&L, cash flow).
- Experience in coordinating mixed departments and teams (dispatchers, drivers, logistics support).
- Satisfactory knowledge of English.
- Hungarian language is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in operational management, strategic planning, human resources, and financial management.
