About the Role
We’re hiring a Director of People Platforms & Workforce Technology (AI) to help build the next generation of our People organization. This is not a traditional HR Operations role. It is an opportunity to lead transformation at the intersection of people, process, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the People organization through AI, automation, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within People or HR Technology.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with workforce management systems.
- Knowledge of data analytics and its application in HR.
