• Manager une équipe locale de 9 Private Bankers.
• Représenter l'organisation ING Private Banking au niveau local, aussi bien en interne qu'auprès de nos partenaires externes.
• Piloter les synergies inter-départements et inter-segments, notamment : Business Banking, Personal Banking, ainsi que les réseaux d'agents indépendants et statutaires.
• Assurer la performance commerciale de votre équipe.
• Gérer un portefeuille personnel de clients et contribuez aux résultats de votre équipe.
• Incarner la stratégie et assurer son déploiement opérationnel.

The team

The private banking team in South Centre consists of 35 Private Bankers, 7 Portfolio Managers, 8 Sales and Services Officers, 3 Team Leaders, 1 Sales Manager, and 3 Wealth and Analysis Planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction. The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank. ING Private Banking is managing the assets of 30,000 families in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Coach a local team of around 9 private bankers.
• Represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally.
• Steer the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking.
• Be responsible for the commercial performance of your team.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.
• Embrace the strategy and drive implementation on the field with your team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Result-oriented with a strong commercial drive.
• Strong anchorage in the local life, and enjoy creating new relationships to create business opportunities.
• Change mindset.
• French speaking, with good knowledge of English.
