Responsibilities

BU Strategic Leadership and Execution Driver (~70%)

• Vision & Roadmap:

  • Develop and refine short-term and long-term strategic plans.
  • Conduct deep-dive market, competitive, and industry analyses.
  • Turn insights into actionable strategies and partner with M&A and BD team to fuel growth.

• Decision-Making Frameworks:

  • Design models, tools, and KPIs to evaluate business decisions.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for external risks.

• Strategy in Motion – Execution:

  • Oversee transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design the strategy office to monitor health category performance.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate the vision to BU and Group executive teams.
  • Represent Gnosis in external forums.

Health Category Excellence (20%)

• Build a uniform framework for the health categories.
• Keep the BU ahead of competition by identifying and addressing gaps in the BU portfolio.
• Be the subject matter expert and main contact for health category excellence.

Culture and Operating Model (10%)

• Be a constructive collaborative culture ambassador.
• Foster a B2B2C approach by supporting cross-functional processes, governance, and the operating model.
• Help in transformation and connect the regions and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in consumer health, B2B/B2C category management, or strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the nutraceuticals, health, and wellness industry.

• Skills & Mindset:

  • Strategic and Analytical: Turn complex data into clear strategy using frameworks such as SWOT and Porter's Five Forces.
  • Leadership & Influence: Executive presence at C-suite and Board level. Lead cross-functionally and drive adoption of new strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills. Represent Gnosis at industry events.
  • Enhanced Adaptability: Forward-thinking, agile, customer-centric, and a good listener.
