Director, Talent Acquisition

About the Position

We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across Europe and Ukraine. Join our People department in a full-time remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the talent acquisition strategy across multiple European countries and Ukraine.
• Develop and implement recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in managing a remote team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the tech or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of European labor laws and regulations.
