About the Position

UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología is seeking a Director(a) de Experiencia Universitaria. The role involves designing, leading, and enhancing a comprehensive experience that supports our students throughout their university journey, promoting their well-being, personal development, academic success, employability, and sense of belonging to our community.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategies for well-being, mental health, university life, inclusion, and diversity.
• Ensure the excellence of academic and administrative services that impact the student experience.
• Enhance the employability of students and graduates through programs, alliances, and professional development experiences.
• Promote internationalization initiatives that strengthen the global exposure of our students.
• Lead initiatives that boost student retention, academic success, and overall development.
• Develop strategic relationships with companies, universities, and national and international organizations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional with a Master's degree in Education, Administration, University Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• More than 6 years of experience leading areas related to student experience, university well-being, academic services, or user-centered services.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and managing strategic projects.
• Knowledge of experience indicators, retention, persistence, employability, and student satisfaction.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion issues (desirable).
• Advanced English proficiency.
