Director/a de Seguridad – Especialista en Análisis de Riesgos

EMAIS SERVICIOS INTEGRALES, SL is seeking a Director/a de Seguridad with expertise in risk analysis and asset security management to join our team in Madrid. We are looking for a professional capable of designing, implementing, and overseeing security strategies that ensure the protection of assets and the proper management of incidents and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting risk analysis on assets, defining security measures, and assessing residual risk after implementation.
• Ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework on Private Security.
• Performing security audits on managed assets.
• Coordinating the receipt, analysis, and management of security alerts or incidents.
• Requesting, monitoring, and controlling work orders related to security.
• Defining and implementing risk matrices and security protocols.
• Designing operational protocols for asset security (physical measures, surveillance, alarms, etc.).
• Reviewing and controlling the inventory of implemented security measures.
• Managing and controlling security providers, monitoring SLAs, and reviewing billing.
• Budget control, analysis of deviations, and cost justification.
• Coordinating with other departments and service companies.
• Participating in tendering and contracting processes for security services and providers.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in Security or Security Management Course accredited by the Ministry of the Interior.
• Demonstrable experience in management or security management positions, both in the public and private sectors.
• Knowledge in risk analysis, asset security, and emergency management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage suppliers.

We Offer

• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience Level: Senior
• Contract Duration: Initially temporary for 3 months, with the goal of converting to permanent after 12 months.
• Work Hours: 8h to 17h / 9h to 19h.
• Work Mode: On-site
