Key Tasks

• Development of insurance products and accompanying documents in the field of compulsory auto insurance;
• Organization and management of the insurance products management process;
• Work with current underwriting;
• Automation of business processes for sales and concluding insurance contracts through the front-office system;
• Management of Company risks aimed at identifying, defining, assessing, and settling risks, as well as monitoring compliance with acceptable risk limits;
• Compilation of the Department's work plan and monitoring their execution;
• Participation in the preparation by the Department of technological documents, insurance products, calculations, internal regulatory documents, timeliness of their execution and submission for consideration in the established manner.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• Proficient PC user;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific software;
• Experience working in an insurance company in the field of settlement, methodology, underwriting;
• Management experience of at least 3 years;
• Experience in interaction with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.

Interaction with internal experts (SME) for the preparation of high-quality training content.
