About the Position

We need your professionalism for:

• Leading and organizing the work of the Bank branch;
• Organizing the attraction of new clients to increase the client base and deposit portfolio of the branch;
• Ensuring comprehensive and high-quality customer service;
• Monitoring client identification and initial financial monitoring;
• Attracting individual and legal clients;
• Organizing branch operations to meet planned indicators in retail and corporate business;
• Organizing and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leading and organizing branch operations;
• Attracting new clients to increase the client base and deposit portfolio;
• Ensuring comprehensive and high-quality customer service;
• Monitoring client identification and initial financial monitoring;
• Attracting individual and legal clients;
• Organizing branch operations to meet planned indicators in retail and corporate business;
• Ensuring high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Higher education (Master's, Specialist);
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a bank;
• Experience in attracting key clients - legal and individual entities;
• Experience in servicing VIP clients and large corporate clients;
• Knowledge of the NBU regulatory framework;
• Client-oriented;
• Results-driven;
• Responsible;
• High level of communication skills.
