Everstar is an agency that helps private defense companies find talented individuals and bring us closer to victory.
One of our key clients specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment. The company has established and scaled its own production of two types of UAVs.
They are currently looking for a Vehicle Dispatch Manager to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination, and control of vehicle loading and unloading;
- Formation and maintenance of the current schedule for the arrival/departure of vehicles;
- Communication with drivers, production, logistics, and warehouse departments;
- Monitoring vehicle movement on the site, avoiding traffic jams and downtime;
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and site work rules;
- Recording deviations, incidents, delays, and transferring information to the manager;
- Participation in process improvement and optimization of logistics operations.
Requirements
- Readiness for active work, interest in influencing business processes;
- Responsibility and basic computer skills;
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a dispatcher position is a plus;
- Understanding of warehouse and transportation processes;
- Responsibility, systematic approach, attention to detail;
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Proficient communication, promptness in decision-making.
