About the Role

As part of our Dispo-Team, you will be the central contact person for logistical issues in the dispatch of direct and partial consignments (LTL/FTL). You will ensure that our transports in transport logistics run smoothly – from the first inquiry to successful delivery – and you will be in close contact with customers, hauliers, and partners.

Responsibilities

You will sell freight, calculate market-appropriate freight prices, and maintain direct contact with our customers.
From pickup to delivery: You will coordinate and dispatch our LTL/FTL transports reliably and efficiently.
With a growing network of national and international haulage partners, you will ensure strong cooperation, maintain long-term relationships, and continuously establish new contacts in haulage and logistics.
You will regularly question existing processes and structures in dispatch and develop them further to continuously optimize processes.

Requirements

A completed commercial education, e.g., as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau, or several years of professional experience in haulage, logistics, or transport logistics.
You work independently, pragmatically, and take on responsibility with pleasure – a true hands-on mentality.
Communication skills, negotiation skills, and a joy for customer contact characterize you – in German and English.
In the team, you actively contribute, share your knowledge, and are happy about joint successes.
Initial experience in dispatch or transport coordination is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement – motivation and willingness to learn count more with us.
