About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations in Timișoara, Romania. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in managing logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations, with a focus on e-commerce distribution networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize distribution networks for e-commerce operations
- Oversee transportation and logistics activities
- Coordinate supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor and improve distribution efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate team activities, including performance monitoring, staff guidance, and evaluation processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Experience with e-commerce distribution networks
- Fluent in English (C1 level required)
- German language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
